Who are we?
Mental Health Association of Southwestern Oregon is a non-profit which serves adults age 18 and above who reside anywhere in Coos County and suffer from a severe mental illness. We specialize in peer-delivered services. We serve clients of any ethnicity, any income (primarily low-income) and both male and female of any sexual orientation. English is the prevalent language, however we have served individuals who use sign language only, and would not consider a different language as a barrier to services. Our programs are available to individuals living on their own, in foster homes, and those that are homeless. We are equipped to handle individuals who are physically handicapped. We provide transportation to anyone who has this barrier to accessing services.
